Tomas Sluiter

Experience: Head Brewer since 2002 at Old Market Brewery. Installed and modified 15 BBL Brewhouse. Employee for SakeOne sake brewery, 2007-2009. Tomas was awarded an MBAA scholarship and has trained several assistants who have moved on to leadership roles in the brewing industry.

Training: Master Brewers Association of Americas – Packaging Technology Course; International Brewers and Distillers Certification; Sake Professional Training through the Sake Education Council; Annual Craft Brewers Conference and Master Brewers Quarterly Training

Scott Eagle

Scott has more than 25 years management experience in food manufacturing.  He has set up and implemented sanitation procedures in multiple facilities to ensure compliance with governmental and client regulations.  Scott understands what it takes to set up a successful HACCP program. Scott was the Plant Manager for SakeOne, Corporation, Momokawa Saké brewing company. Before working for Momokawa, Scott was the Plant and General Manager for Country Cupboard Snacks.

Dewey Weddington

Dewey’s specialty is building viable brands and products from the ground up and moving existing brands down the right path utilizing today’s tools and delivery vehicles.

More than twenty years of strategic brand development and enhancement combine with proven marketing and communications programs to gain the results a new or developing brewery requires to meet goals and surpass expectations. Specification of Equipment based on menu requirements, space requirements and budget. Lynn works with Equipment Dealers on best pricing, Contractors, electricians, plumbers and installers to oversee again best pricing and on time completion of the project. Guiding the project through the Health Department, O.L.C.C. And the various municipalities are also part of the service.
